Job Description

1. Assist in ensuring the safe, compliant, efficient, and effective operation of the Nurseries retail and plant area. The scope of the Senior Nurseries Assistant’s responsibilities include:

· Assist Nurseries and Warehouse Managers in organizing and accepting plant deliveries and plant area maintenance.

· Assist in the growing areas of greenhouses and re-stock retail space when necessary.

2. Define with Supervisor and execute when directed, planting and growing projects.

3. Ensure Health & Safety policies are complied with in the greenhouse, warehouse and retail spaces and that all risks and hazards are communicated to the Nurseries or Operations Manager for agreed mitigation.
