Job Description

Managing the day to day operations of a busy self-storage business.

Managing enquiries..
- Dealing with email, telephone and walk in enquiries
- Speaking knowledgeably with the enquiring customer about the service we offer
- Logging all the enquiries on the system
- Showing new potential customers (enquiring customers) around the site
- Helping enquiring customers to identify the right size of unit for them according to their needs

Additional pay:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
We observe all the correct Covid protocols. i.e. wearing masks on site and ensuring hygiene and hand cleansers are provided to customers and that customers clean all manual handling equipment (trolleys etc..) after every use.

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Required)

Language:

  • Welsh (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ensuring all customers invoices and payments are up to date - Helping customers with practical issues with their storage needs such as racking, boxes, bubblewrap - Dealing with customers who wish to upsize, downsize or transfer units - Managing all card, standing order and direct debit transactions efficiently and processing the end of day routines - Processing any sales of merchandise - Managing the vacate process efficiently and logging vacating customers off the system - Cleaning units after a customer has left ready for the next customer - At all times providing a friendly and helpful service to all new and existing customer - Ensuring the site is presented to all users in a clean and organized way - Saturday working
