The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
-Handling ER cases across the organisation
-Updating and amending policies as and when necessary
-Working with the HR Manager and Director on change management
-TUPE transfers
-Being a key team player through change
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have the following: -CIPD qualified -Strong experience working with change management, TUPE and ER casework -Strong understanding of UK employment law -Experience updating policies -Preferably worked within a not for profit organisation -Team player
