Manage and maintain outstanding levels of customer service to ensure efficient throughout the logistics operation
Ensuring that agreed client service levels are met
To operate seamlessly with our current supply chain and production team in ensuring production KPI’s are consistently achieved
Liaising with the operations and supply chain management to ensure accuracy in forecasting demands
Building and maintaining good relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
Working closely with the Operations Director to identify and implement operational improvements
Providing examples of leadership and demonstrating project management success
Producing weekly and monthly KPI reports to ensure close correlation with set requirements
