Job Description

You will use your knowledge of the local area and marketplace to advise clients on the best pricing and marketing strategy for their home and work with them to achieve the best price for their property within their required timescale.

  • Conduct 40 valuations at month
  • Instruct 20 instructions a month
  • Run your own diary and time
  • Work from home
  • Monthly Business reviews to support your business

Due to the incredible number of valuations being requested by our customers, we are looking for more Estate Agents in Cardiff!

  • You will have a dedicated postcode-defined territory, which you will build and grow
  • You’ll benefit from investment in marketing, technology and infrastructure to help you deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. You’ll get unrivalled support from our highly experienced Head Office functions including Central Property, Home Purchase and Post Sales teams
  • You’ll support buyers and vendors throughout their entire journey with us, ensuring they receive the best possible service
  • You’ll provide an honest valuation of the property that meets the needs and expectations of the customer
  • Your earning potential is uncapped across all the products and services we offer

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 2 years sales negotiator experience. Proven track record of listing conversion and sales. Enthusiastic, passionate about real estate, local knowledge, target driven, self-motivated and works smarter not harder. Strong estate agency experience. Someone who genuinely loves their customers and enjoys supporting them. We focus on people, not just property!. A strong desire to be successful and grow your own business. Sound knowledge of the local property market. Passion and enthusiasm. Great communication skills, both verbal and written. There are certain requirements with regards to setting up your business; we will support and guide you in gaining these and ensuring all compliance is in place so that you’re ready to trade!
