A leading edge client is looking to recruit a General Manager to join their team in Newport. You will have extensive experience in people management, customer service and a full understanding of day to day operations.

What will you be doing?

• Day to day management of Front of house areas
• Full staff management including training, appraisals and recruitment
• Leading by example
• Overall budget responsibility
• Ensure health and safety legislation is being met
• Accountable for customer experience, ensuring world class / consistent customer service is being delivered at all times.

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Management: 2 years (Required)
• general manager: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of customer service. Someone who has previous experience managing people within a similar environment (Hospitality/residential). You will have experience with budgeting. You will be able to cope under pressure. You will be proactive with a can-do attitude!
