What will you be doing?
Day to day management of Front of house areas
Full staff management including training, appraisals and recruitment
Leading by example
Overall budget responsibility
Ensure health and safety legislation is being met
Accountable for customer experience, ensuring world class / consistent customer service is being delivered at all times.

Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of customer service. Someone who has previous experience managing people within a similar environment (Hospitality/residential). You will have experience with budgeting. You will be able to cope under pressure. You will be proactive with a can-do attitude!
