As Cluster Store/Showroom Manager for their Beaconsfield & Henley-on-Thames store and reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for a 2 small but well-trained in-store teams operating very much in a 1-2-1 customer environment, where assisted sales and responding to very customer-specific requirements is absolutely key. It's not a hard sell. Time, patience and customer focus will be the cornerstones of success and lead to the generation of repeat business through promotion of the brand.
You must have a track record in high-end, assisted sales within retail. A management background would be a plus but it's those attributes around high customer-focus, passion for creativity - perhaps expressed in interior design, and the poise and professionalism to build customer confidence which will really set you out from the crowd. You'll also be capable of leading and enthusing a small team: a real people person, and with a highly ethical, reassuring demeanour. You'll also be able to offer:
