So, what does the role of Training Administrator involve?
First point of contact over the telephone, via email and in writing and you will be assisting clients with a first class service always
Inputting accurate records onto the companies CRM system
Setting up client records
Maintaining client records and updating accurately
Working with clients and building up key relationships
Team working
Data checking
Creating reports for the team and your line manager
Preparing invoices
Organising travel and accommodation(when allowed)
Scanning documents
Managing your workload and deadlines
Filing and ensuring all electronic files are stored correctly along with other ad hoc tasks as required by your line manager.

Starting salary is between £19,000 - £21,000 depending on your experience Pension Life Cover 33 days holiday(includes public holidays)
