Job Description

So, what does the role of Training Administrator involve?

  • First point of contact over the telephone, via email and in writing and you will be assisting clients with a first class service always
  • Inputting accurate records onto the companies CRM system
  • Setting up client records
  • Maintaining client records and updating accurately
  • Working with clients and building up key relationships
  • Team working
  • Data checking
  • Creating reports for the team and your line manager
  • Preparing invoices
  • Organising travel and accommodation(when allowed)
  • Scanning documents
  • Managing your workload and deadlines
  • Filing and ensuring all electronic files are stored correctly along with other ad hoc tasks as required by your line manager.

***This is not a role based in a HR department(please note this is not for a foot in the door within a HR department or where you will could become a trainer)***

What is the criteria?

  • Loyal employee who is looking to settle down within an organisation
  • Strong background in office administration along with working with clients
  • Be able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
  • First class communication skills
  • PC literate and confident in working on Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
  • Proactive individual who has a flexible attitude

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Starting salary is between £19,000 - £21,000 depending on your experience Pension Life Cover 33 days holiday(includes public holidays)
