• Work with line management to put a clear plan of action in place to deliver against the targets of the division
• You will be supporting MHPS case overview management
• You will need to build relationships with JLNC and BMA colleagues
• Making sure that the systems are being utilised to their full potential
• Experience needed as the Medical Staffing Manager:
• You need to be conversant with consultant and junior doctor terms and conditions
• Have experience in supporting CEA and discretional points processes
• You will have an in-depth understanding the detail of doctor's rotas and pay.
• Must be a self-starter and understand the landscape of the business and conflicting needs across partners
• Available references for most recent 2 year's roles.
