Acting as the first point of escalation, the Global Payroll Implementation Manager will be required to have an understanding of client's objectives to be able to advise and implement global payrolls. This will include drafting specifications, providing advice on local legislations and configuring the platform to tailor for each client's needs.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and delivering global payroll projects
* Leading an onsite and offshore team to deliver projects
* Leading post implementation task
* Supporting payroll and pre-sales activities
* Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
* Ensuring processes are full documented
