Job Description

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Implementing effective and efficient methods of supervision across the NLU ensuring delivery of best practice in client care and full implementation of case management standards across the practice area, through motivation and development.

Taking proactive steps to ensure that all cases are conducted in line with our vision and values, and in a manner which upholds our clients' interests and the firm's reputation.

Assisting with effective allocation of cases, monitoring case holdings across supervisees working closely with the Team Managers and Deputy Manager.

Engaging and effectively communicating with supervisees ensuring problem solving and creative thinking.

Providing support relating to underperformance and case management escalating to the Team Manager and attending HR related meetings where necessary, providing support on formal performance initiatives.
