Job Description

Applicants need to be able to work every Friday and Saturday night. Additional shifts and flexibility during the week will be available for the right individuals.

As a security operative with All in Black Security;

• You will be the first point of contact for venues/event’s customers. You will be required to ensure that visitors are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner and to ensure a great customer experience is had by customers
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff and public in your area) in accordance with SIA and licensing standards.
• Work independently or within a team to ensure that security roles and duties are executed in a quick and efficient manner.

Experience:

• pubs/bars/clubs security experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

• SIA Door Supervisor License (Required)
• Driving License (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will be will have great customer service skills, well organized and the desire of delivering outstanding customer service. Valid SIA door supervisor license. Must be available to work on Friday & Saturday evening till late. Friendly, professional, and well-spoken. Experience in customer service and facing role. Professional and well-presented appearance. Reliable and well organized. Punctual and on time.
