Full responsibility for the Leadership Development programme including continuous improvement, delivery and supporting each cohort to gain maximum value and return
Build on the success of the Leadership Development Programme and create new development programmes as required according to the needs of the business e.g., Executive/Supervisory
Lead on the transition of face-to-face learning and development content to offer a more blended approach with virtual options
Implement and maintain the Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation
Be the point of contact and project lead for the implementation and continuous management of the LMS
Design and deliver development, management and wellbeing-based courses and materials in line with business need and structure
Design and deliver development, management and wellbeing-based courses and materials in line with business need and structure
Work alongside the HR Business Partners to consolidate development needs from functions and implement solutions
Work alongside HR Business Partners and the Talent Specialist to assess and support Apprenticeships to ensure value and ROI can be demonstrated and the Apprenticeship levy is effectively spent
Take an active role in supporting the business through the performance year, including assisting with course and supporting material design as appropriate and delivering support in both web and classroom-based settings
Produce and provide reference material to support HR Business Partners and managers take a lead in learning and development in areas such as development planning and training needs analysis.
Work alongside the shared services team to manage the training request and further education provisions for the company including assessing ROI, supplier management and managing ad hoc requests.
Support the Graduate Development Programme by providing development and learning solutions to members of the programme
Be a member of in in time lead the Learning Council: - working with L&D colleagues to continually develop and assess new, agile, and fit for purpose learning solutions, whilst maintaining standards and sharing best practice

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be educated to a degree level or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience Be a Learning and Development professional with proven experience in and a passion for course design and delivery Be a highly skilled, experienced, and energetic training facilitator Be able to demonstrate experience in creating content for and facilitating leadership and management development programmes, employee lifecycle and wellbeing training Be an experienced professional in supporting people through cultural and structural change Have proven knowledge of the apprenticeship levy, implementing apprenticeships and the governance required Have proven experience as a coach particularly relating to topics such as performance management and development planning Ideally have experience of assessing development needs on a company, team, and individual level Ideally be accredited in or have experience with Insights Discovery and its practical applications Have experience in training evaluation set up and management Ideally have some generalist HR and talent management experience to enable bigger picture thinking Must be able to work on own initiative
