Main duties include;
- Ensure that every client is receiving an exceptional standard of service
- Ensure that data is managed effectively and kept up to date
- Manage the support provision to the advisory team
- Advance systems and processes through regular analysis of Management Information
- Work closely with Senior Management Team and HR on recruitment, training and induction of new staff
