Job Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the function, will directly report in to the CFO and be responsible for:
- Oversee a team of 15 with 3 direct reports
- Monthly reporting
- Lead the AP and AR functions
- Bank reconciliations
- Billing, invoice and analysis
- P&L revenue analysis
- Monthly cash flow
- Cash management
- Monitor and improve policies
- Key stakeholder to wider Finance and HR teams.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Finance Manager will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), be a strong people manager and have experience overseeing the transnational finance operations. FMCG or consumer facing experience would be an advantage.
