Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the function, will directly report in to the CFO and be responsible for:

• Oversee a team of 15 with 3 direct reports
• Monthly reporting
• Lead the AP and AR functions
• Bank reconciliations
• Billing, invoice and analysis
• P&L revenue analysis
• Monthly cash flow
• Cash management
• Monitor and improve policies
• Key stakeholder to wider Finance and HR teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Finance Manager will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), be a strong people manager and have experience overseeing the transnational finance operations. FMCG or consumer facing experience would be an advantage.
