Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a small, reputable and rapidly expanding estate agency based in Chester. As Sales Negotiator, you will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties. Tasks include maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases and securing premises. You must be highly motivated, driven, and meticulously organized with great attention to detail, energetic and full of enthusiasm. You will be providing the highest level of communication and customer service to all clients and ensure they are updated and advised accordingly. As Sales Negotiator, you will have worked in a similar role previously ideally within property or conveyancing. On offer for the successful Property Manager is a competitive salary and great earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service to buyers/sellers
  • Qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and match them to suitable properties
  • Arranging appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available with us
  • Accompanying clients on property viewings
  • General administrative duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience within an Estate Agency. Hard working, enthusiastic and driven individual with a great work ethic. Confident and resilient. Willing to learn and develop your skills. A passion for property and people. Professional and organized. Have a full clean driving license. Available to work on Saturday.Eager to exceed set targets and earn commission.
