We are looking to recruit a qualified Electrician who is meticulous and works to a high standard. The candidate will need to have a flexible working approach and a desire to create a positive customer experience. The majority of work being at residential properties in the south wales area.
We are open to the possibility of working with a sub-contractor.
Duties and Responsibilities
Carrying out EICR
Fault finding
Electrical Repair work
Central Heating Wiring
First and second fix installation
Intruder Alarm install and fault diagnosis
Fire alarm install and fault diagnosis
Train apprentices or trainees when allocated to you

£13- £17 per hour based on performance and experience.
37.5 hours per week (8 - 4:30pm)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be able to take responsibility for the job in hand and be able to delegate work to any apprentices/ laborers working with you. A full and clean UK driving License - must use own vehicle to drive to and from daily meeting point with a view to using a company vehicle in the near future. Excellent people skills and a dynamic approach to your work. Must be polite, presentable, punctual and reliable. Have proven experience in completing Electrical installation condition reports and all aspects of inspection and testing. Relevant 8 + year’s experience in mainly domestic work and testing and inspection, some commercial experience will be needed. Must have proof of 18th edition (this needs to be provided with CV on application) and must be able to follow all up to date regulations. Must be prepared to work overtime to get the daily job completed, work weekends and work away on rare occasions if needed. Must have your own battery powered drills and hand tools. All other tools will be provided. Two references will be requested.
