We are recruiting for a fashion high street store manager, from a commercial fast paced background, for their store in Cork, Ireland. We are looking for an experienced retail leader from a similar volume or big box retailer, able to deliver results, lead a motivated team and drive slick store processes. The store manager has recently been promoted and we are looking for a new talent!

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Have motivating leadership style to ensure that your team perform to their best and provide outstanding customer service. KPI focused able to drive sales and focus on the store's conversion rate. Have the ability to create an exciting and inspiring environment for customers and team, using your visual merchandising skills and commercial awareness. Ensure store standards are maintained and floor layout meets the company guidelines. Experienced, when managing performance and HR scenarios Operational leader able to improve and review the consistency of store processes Experience with recruitment, training, succession and store retention. Leading all people KPIs Commercially driving sales and reviewing result. Tight management of the store’s P&L driving all profit opportunity. Able to lead the store's visual merchandising through commercial reports and developing weekly store layout plans. You will have a motivating leadership style, leading and developing your team from the front.
