Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Supervisors and Operatives over up to 50 sites to ensure they complete their tasks to the best of their ability.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager and the HR Manager to ensure sites are properly resourced with staff, equipment and cleaning materials.
• Ensure contract specifications are adhered to, including the quality of standards, Health and Safety requirements and environmental issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and contract retention.
• Responsible for induction, training, weekly electronic timesheet amendments, quality control, implementing cleaning schedules and stock control.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

At least 2 years’ experience working in a multi-site contract cleaning environment. A 'can do’, positive attitude Full driving licence Excellent communication skills Highly IT literate References will be required
