Manage a team of Supervisors and Operatives over up to 50 sites to ensure they complete their tasks to the best of their ability.
Liaise with the Operations Manager and the HR Manager to ensure sites are properly resourced with staff, equipment and cleaning materials.
Ensure contract specifications are adhered to, including the quality of standards, Health and Safety requirements and environmental issues.
Build strong relationships with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and contract retention.
Responsible for induction, training, weekly electronic timesheet amendments, quality control, implementing cleaning schedules and stock control.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 2 years’ experience working in a multi-site contract cleaning environment. A 'can do’, positive attitude Full driving licence Excellent communication skills Highly IT literate References will be required
