Job Description

Your role will include:

- Developing the facility’s GMP Training and Technical Development strategy
- Managing training and educational resources to ensure continued compliance to the evolving cGMP training strategy, escalating risks as required
- Day to day management and development of a high performing GMP training team
- Reporting directly to the Head of Quality Assurance with close interaction with the Centre’s management team
- Identifying training and educational needs and leading collaborations with third party training providers
- Providing SME level expert input and advice when developing and delivering technical training programmes for both Biological Product manufacturing skills and QMS tools and techniques (e.g. root cause analysis)
- Liaising with the Head of HR and the HR Manager – L&D Specialist to assess / identify soft skills training needs, as required

You will work in partnership with production, engineering and quality teams and this will be a pivotal role for the smooth running of GMP operations especially as the company continues to scale up its vaccine production capabilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strong experience in aseptic Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations - Goo understanding of adult learning principles and how training can be delivered to different groups - Good qualification (HNC / HND / BSc) in a technical, scientific or engineering discipline would be helpful but is not essential - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
