Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing the payroll service in a large organisation for 1000 employees
  • Managing the monthly payroll run while building strong stakeholder relationships throughout the business
  • Management of company benefits (Pension scheme, Payroll Giving, Private health insurance, Life Cover, Holiday purchase scheme, Bonus Schemes, etc.)
  • Using analytical skills to identify trends and take appropriate remedial action, getting to the root of a problem and delivering sustainable solutions
  • Working in a standalone position, but liaising with 3rd parties
  • Working remotely until mid-2021

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Payroll and Benefits experience, preferably international Experience running a payroll for circa 1000 employees Strong influencing skills to engage stakeholders and third parties to bring about a better customer experience Advanced Excel skills A strong work ethic with proven analytical skills Knowledge of DayForce and SDWorks would be beneficial
