Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Managing the payroll service in a large organisation for 1000 employees
Managing the monthly payroll run while building strong stakeholder relationships throughout the business
Management of company benefits (Pension scheme, Payroll Giving, Private health insurance, Life Cover, Holiday purchase scheme, Bonus Schemes, etc.)
Using analytical skills to identify trends and take appropriate remedial action, getting to the root of a problem and delivering sustainable solutions
Working in a standalone position, but liaising with 3rd parties
Working remotely until mid-2021
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Payroll and Benefits experience, preferably international Experience running a payroll for circa 1000 employees Strong influencing skills to engage stakeholders and third parties to bring about a better customer experience Advanced Excel skills A strong work ethic with proven analytical skills Knowledge of DayForce and SDWorks would be beneficial
