Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3
  • Hands on with the day to day payroll
  • Deal sensitively with employee queries
  • One to ones
  • Stakeholder meetings
  • Co-ordinating the payroll department, as well as overseeing monthly teams tasks
  • Run reports and perform audits on pay data input

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hands on Payroll Professional to deal with a manual and complex payroll Experience with Timesheets/ T&A Excellent knowledge of P11'ds 900 on payroll split between bank and monthly. Fully competent with all year end activity Autoenrollment Strategic experience ITRENT - Advantageous The ability to perform complex manual payroll calculations Good working knowledge of current payroll legislation The ability to work flexibly according to the changing needs of a busy office CIPP Payroll qualification or equivalent (desirable)
