Job Description

We require a Receptionist to join our team and to provide and deliver high standards of customer service as well as performing administrative and ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will take delight in working as part of the team and be dedicated and committed to making a positive impact.

Responsibilities and functions

  • As the initial point of contact, ensure that you assist with general inquiries and requests and demonstrate first contact resolution.
  • Ensure that the information provided to customers and visitors are accurate and correct.
  • Receive deliveries and parcels into the building and distribute them to the correct staff.
  • Undertake and contact administrative and clerical duties as requested.
  • Perform basic day to day administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing as required.
  • Ensure that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and looking presentable.
  • Manage and monitor the availability of meeting rooms.
  • Manage management diaries.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks when required.
  • Assist with company events planning.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be computer literate and proven experience working on Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Courteous and professional. Flexible and adaptable. Customer-orientated. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Good prioritization, organization, and time management.
