Our client is looking for an Admin Officer. To provide a flexible, high quality and efficient general administrative business support and to assist with the planning and development of support services.
Main Duties
Deal with complex reception/visitor etc. matters.
Organize business trips/events and functions.
Manage manual and computerized record/information systems and filing systems.
Undertake typing and word processing and complex IT based tasks.
Provide administrative, organizational and secretarial support to meetings.
Undertake the administration of IT systems.
Provide advice and guidance to staff and others.
To record income and expenditure, ensure efficient collection of debt and arrears and to make and record payments in compliance with policies and procedures.
