Job Description

This role is for a forward thinking, enthusiastic individual, that wishes to be part of an exciting and growing private medical clinic.

Duties will include but not limited to.

  • Managing a busy reception desk.
  • Greeting patients and ensuring all documentation is accurately filled in.
  • Managing the clinic diary and booking system.
  • Answering all calls, email, social media enquiries.
  • Having an interest in the treatments the clinic offers and willing to learn about them.
  • Supporting clinical staff with their patient needs.
  • Ensuring filling system and records are up to date including patient profiling.
  • Taking payments and booking appointments for visiting patients.
  • Ensuring reception and all patient areas are clean and tidy, restocking where necessary.
  • Handling patient enquires and questions and escalating any concerns to clinic manager.

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff and patients save we have COVID policy in place and have all the necessary PPE available and in place

Experience:

  • relevant : 1 year (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Exceptionally organization. Excellent telephone manner. IT skills with the ability to use booking systems (training will be given). Previous receptionist experience in any medical setting preferred. Ability to communicate with patients. Understand confidentiality.
