The successful post-holder will be responsible for managing the general admin function of the business, to ensure that processes and procedures are established and implemented, as well as provision of Reception and Post Room cover.
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
· Undertaking general administrative duties, including filing, printing, scanning and telephone services.
· Accurately maintain spreadsheets, to provide client with monthly financial information
· Maintain monthly information in relation to energy, waste management and helpdesk performance.
· Provide Reception and Post Room cover during periods of annual leave and sickness.
· Ensure the site procedures are in alignment with clients environmental and Health and Safety accreditations
· Assist with administration of the facilities helpdesk and assign, print, monitor and close tasks, ensuring compliance with client KPI’s and SLA’s
· To have an understanding of the IT systems and interfaces that support the L&G infrastructure and management systems
· Monitoring and maintaining enough stock levels in order for the FM services to be completed.
· Undertake other reasonable duties as instructed.
