Job Description

You must be competent in managing diaries, rotas, and setting up Zoom calls to assist Mangers with a very heavy caseload. The candidate will have proficient word process skills, be a very proficient multi tasker and have a very good telephone manner with a “can do attitude “making things happen.

The successful candidate will be expected to keep all HR files up to date, assist in the planning of holiday leave, assist with credit control and general office duties,

The Role Includes

  • Managing Timesheets
  • Assisting with Credit Control
  • Entering hours on portals
  • Ensuring candidate hours are correct
  • General Admin Duties
  • Liaising with Candidates regarding compliance
  • Checking documentation

  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Social distancing and all sanitizing needs are in place. Masks are worn when required.

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Financial Duties:

  • Expense reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· You must have had suitable experience in a previous professional environment of at least two years · Be confident in using IT systems Confident in Communicating with Clients · Multi-Tasking · Excellent command of English · Time Management skills · Well organized · Ability to work independently to make things happen. · Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced office environment Experience: Administration: 1 year (Preferred). Credit Control: 1 year (Preferred). Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred).
