Well established & developing physiotherapy practice requires a flexible member of staff to cover part time evening (Monday 4pm-7.30pm) and Saturday hours (9am-2pm). This role will require you to cover staff holidays working weekdays as well up to full time hours as and when required.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
Greeting patients – you will be the first contact point for patients as they arrive at the clinic.
Make & receive telephone calls.
Respond to calls, emails and enquiries.
Handling confidential client documents/ reports.
Diary management.
Taking payments.
Carry out any reasonable duties as required by management.
Rate of pay dependent on experience.

The post holder will have experience of reception duties including; booking and rescheduling appointments and supporting the clinical team to manage referrals. You must demonstrate good communication and IT skills. (Full training will be given on our in-house administration system).
