As a Health Care Assistant (HCA), you will be:

• To deliver "hands on" care to residents in a person centered way.
• Support residents to enjoy a good quality of life.
• Best practice when delivering care.
• Assist residents in all aspects of their physical and emotional needs in line with agreed care plans.
• Contribute to the daily records of residents

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

NVQ Level 2 is preferred. Experience in a similar setting (desirable) Great level of care with an excellent care track record needed Be living within travelling distance to Burnham-On-Sea.
