As a HR Administrator, you will be supporting a great, dynamic team to deliver a consistent HR service across the organization.
On offer is a FTC, with a salary of circa £19,000 FTE + 25 days holidays, plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata).
You will be responsible for:
Delivering a full range of HR administrative processes including recruitment, learning and development, payroll, new contracts, contract amendments, DBS checks, file audits, spreadsheet management.
Maintaining and updating the employee database, using the HR system.
Email inbox management, dealing with and responding to emails regarding absence and recruitment
End-to-end recruitment coordination
Covering reception duties when required.
Providing minutes and note taking support when required.
Ensuring payroll changes are processed and dealt with.
To undertake learning and development as required by the line manager, and actively support own personal development.
Provide ad hoc support to various HR projects
Experience:
Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
