Duties

• Assisting residents with day to day activities and personal needs
• Helping with personal care and meal times
• Individual or working as a team with manual handling
• Interacting with the residents with fun, laughter and activities
• Working as a team making sure all needs met and personal Care Planes are u to date
• Be able to follow instructions and organise and multitask through a busy workload
• Communicate with people for different positions and professions as well as family members
• Experienced of using Hoists and sliding sheets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience We are looking for a minimum of 6 months experience with working a HCA in a Care Home or Hospital environment Hourly Rate £9.78p/h + Desirable 6 months or above experience as a HCA Health and Social Care qualification Be flexible to work both Day and Night shifts
