Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

WE ARE LOOKING FOR Full-time Accounts Assistant / Accountant Handling daily bookkeeping. Collect quarterly VAT documents Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts. Analyze financial and accounting data To assist with other data entry requirements. To perform other reasonable requested tasks from directors/management. At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role as an Assistant Accountant in a busy finance department. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation. Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel & Word. Legally eligible to work in the UK. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An energetic person with positive thinking, with a ‘can do’ attitude. Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with the team. Speaking intermediate English or above, ideally speaking Mandarin as well. AAT / ACCA part qualified is a plus. Immediately available is highly preferred.
