Be accountable for meeting and exceeding individual client and tier targets
Establish and maintain a good relationship with all clients
Continually identify areas of potential growth within the existing client base (gap analysis)
Ensure that data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date on the company CRM system
Maximise opportunities by keeping up to date with existing and potential clients
Identify and resolve any client concerns
Take leadership of all proposals, plans and pitches and strive to exceed client expectations
Confidently promote the company brand and products to clients
Implement and maintain 'keep' strategy plans for all your clients
Ensure communication is maintained with key stakeholders including Procurement, Health & Safety and Operational representatives within your clients
Identify upselling opportunities and setup trials
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 5 years' of experience in a B2B account management or sales focused role Can articulate a repeatable sales process that has generated previous success Knows how to manage a diverse client portfolio - retention, growth and cross selling Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Confident when dealing with difficult situations and decisions Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills Ability to work in a team or a self-motivated environment Full UK driving license
