Job Description

· Supporting the management and statutory reporting process

· Ensuring compliance and integrity of procedures, controls and balance sheet reconciliations

· Ensuring monthly management and annual statutory reporting is accurate and delivered in line with deadlines

· Support the review of month end close process

· Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed with risks/opportunities identified

· Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting processes

· Manage the intrastat/EC Sales submission

· Solid knowledge and ability of relevant IFRS accounting standards

· Data analysis and reporting monthly result package to our HQ in France

Most of our software systems are bespoke, so full training will be provided. This could involve some training, from time to time at our head office in Lyon, France.

A flexible approach to support a small team and growing global company is required. However the main function of the role, is to help prepare and produce the financial reporting to head office in a timely manner on a month by month business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· You will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role · Part Qualified in either ACCA / CIMA would be highly desirable · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · A self-motivated organized person who can priorities their workload in order to work to deadlines. Confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail is paramount. · Relevant experience in Accountancy, Finance and Administration · Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including Director level. · Strong Excel skills are required (VLOOKUP''s & Pivot Tables) Experience: Accounting and Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required) Education: A-Level or equivalent (Required)
