Staff Store UK are currently looking for a Credit Controller/Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client in Leeds. This is a full time, permanent position to join a well-established family owned business.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Proactively chasing outstanding aged debt via telephone, email and letter
Creating exception reports for outstanding debt
Creating new client accounts on the Finance System
Dealing with all aspects of the sales ledger
Assigning BACS payments to accounts and managing transfers
Ensuring that procedures are carried out carefully and accurately to eliminate errors
Ensuring good relations and communications with all stakeholders
Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Line Manager

Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages. Excellent attention to detail. A team player with the willingness to help and support colleagues. Strong communication skills and highly organized. Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
