Job Description

As the IoT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• End to end management of the Project from design, implementation and post-implementation service management
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Sales/BD, Product, Operations, Commercial, IT and Finance.
• Setup routines with local and regional operator teams for project planning,implementation, regular operations planning, and monitoring to meet established targets.
• Create and Manage the project implementation plan, key milestones and various dependencies as part of the project.
• Schedule and run regular meetings with the customer and other stakeholders.
• Maintain all relevant documentation relating to the project including project governance structure, any deviations or changes in project scope, design and implementation from time to time.
• Work with internal and other supporting Mobile Network Operators relating to Service Management aspects of the project.
• Report to the customer on key KPIs and SLAs as agreed in coordination with all the Mobile Network Operators.
• Assist Operations management in defining performance KPIs and dashboards for monitoring end to end operations performance: lead-times, percentage within SLA, success rate, gross to net margins, etc
• Design a framework for monitoring the success and improvement of successful delivery of various projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Project management & Service delivery Management Experienced in at least 2 full project implementation life cycles, with at least one using Mobile network methodology Analyse, clarify and finalize the specific requirements (including user requirements) for each project. Able to turn user needs & requirements into well-defined, detailed product features & prioritizing the Project backlog PMP certification preferred Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills Experience working in EU in a similar role a plus Strong professional experience in direct and/or related domain areas (mobile networks, GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE, IP networks) Knowledge of embedded SIM and the relevant subscription management platforms Working Experience and or exposure with M2M and IoT (Internet of Things) technology is a must (NB-IoT, LTE-M, IoT Application Enablement platforms) Knowledge of Software platforms, middleware technologies in the areas of M2M/IoT
