Job Description

I am looking to recruit an experienced Payroll/Accounts Assistant for a family run practice who offer a nice working environment. 

It is essential that you have at least 3 years payroll experience with the ability to support accounts also.

The main duties will be:-

  • Processing payroll from start to finish, weekly and monthly
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting the Accountants
  • Liaising with clients and offering advice and support

Suitable candidates will be extremely organised with the ability to work to deadlines.  As well as having excellent communication skills you must be a good team player. 

There could be opportunities to progress your Accountancy skills and qualifications if this is something you wish to do in the future. 

The company has its own car park.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 3 years payroll experience.
