The Project Manager will be responsible for a £3m refurbishment scheme for a social housing contract in the West Midlands, overseeing two sub-contractors and an RLO to deliver the programme. They will also be the main POC for the client with regard to progress and communication.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must possess at least 3 years experience in a Project Manager role overseeing social housing refurbishment work for a housing association, council or ALMO. They will possess strong technical knowledge alongside excellent communication skills, able to build strong client relationships.
