• Developing strategic plans for growth
• Securing land opportunities in line with the defined budget, including strategic and unconditional opportunities
• Creating and maintaining an effective & cohesive management team
• Build high-quality units on time and budget in locations across the West Midlands
• Report directly to the Group Board and successfully implement the company strategy
• Generate a strong and fun culture within the regional team
• Create a legacy by building the best housed in the market

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must be an experienced managing director (residential development background) or at divisional Director (Construction Director / Commercial Director.. etc..) level with a strong track record or previous growth in both unit output and revenue and be a strong leader with motivations of being the best. A good understanding of true customer service. Passionate about the industry and understand the legacy you leave behind. A proven track record in strong land acquisition. Be an entrepreneurial leader and determine to succeed and build the best quality homes. A solid reputation within the industry. Ready to improve the process and make changes to further establish an already credible team.
