Operating in the UK commercial sector we are looking to appeal to experienced Development Managers who have operated in fast paced development such as hotels, leisure, office, student accommodation, extra care, retirement and similar.

You will be responsible for all of the companies development projects, working with the main board to define and implement the agreed strategies. using your influence and network you will help take the business forward: delivering existing schemes and securing future opportunities.
