Reporting to the CEO the key responsibilities will include
Developing and deploying a business strategy that launches the UK business and ensures profitable growth and market penetration.
Building a UK business that will ensure the business attracts, develops and retains key talent across commercial and operational functions
Managing commercial and service operations across the division, whilst taking full responsibility for P&L and reporting to the Group Board
Managing and building key relationships with new and existing clients and overseeing all major bids and contracts
Introducing new and creative approaches to business development and customer service that will significantly impact the growth and development of the business
Developing a culture for the business focused on sales and customer service
Assessing and analyzing new market opportunities that could further enhance the client and service portfolio

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prospective candidates will be of graduate caliber, entrepreneurial in style, with a demonstrable track record of success operating in commercial leadership roles gained in B2B sales and service businesses. Full p&l experience with a sales business development background will be a pre requisite. Of equal importance are excellent leadership skills coupled with a strong commercial awareness that ensure the UK business attains high growth and maximizes market opportunities
