- Managing significant customer relationships - through your sales team as required
- Amazon channel execution excellence
- Team management and development
- Work with the parent company to help execute brand strategies

Excellent track record in sales in the UK toy industry. Strong network across the UK toy industry. Understanding of independent channels as well as multiples. Excellent understanding of Amazon and other online channels. Be able to lead by example as a "player/manager" within the sales team. You must live within a commuting distance of London.
