The role will include but will not be restricted to;
Updating and maintaining databases
Providing administration support
Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Diary management
Liaising with internal/external contacts
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and have an intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access You will be required to have good Microsoft Excel skills. You must be organised and a clear communicator both verbal and written.
