Job Description

Deliver office refurbishment / fit-out projects on behalf of the client, managing a number of contractors in a framework.

Experience within NEC contracts, essentially 3 but ideally 4, with RFI's, EWN's and CE's.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
PMs need to be full time and available to start immediately after the Christmas break (4th Jan) Able to adapt to fast paced working - travel and admin required e.g. responding to RFIs, EWNs and CEs efficiently Ability to travel at least 4 days a week Proactive and capable of autonomous working Construction knowledge required Ideally needs to be familiar with NEC 4 contracts Familiar with fit out projects Weekly reporting Experience within a consultancy or a blend of consultancy and contractor experience desired.
