Job Description

Assist on larger projects, working autonomously on smaller projects, providing Project Management delivery services to a range of clients on a broad range of projects.

Manage the coordination and delivery of projects ensuring consistency.

Manage internal and external project teams and lead the planning and implementation of project.

Manage the client teams and 3rd parties.

Define delivery approaches, project scope, goals and deliverables.

Manage the entire delivery life cycle ensure expectations are fully met.

Project tasks and define resource requirements.

Assemble and coordinate project teams

Participate in the management of project budgets.

Track project deliverables.

Monitoring and reporting on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.

Identify and deliver opportunities to cross sell, fee earning opportunities, and contribute to overall fee targets.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5+ years experience post qualification ranging across life cycle stages (e.g. RIBA, MSP, APM BoK). Experience in PMO/Project Management/ Contract Administration roles in Real Estate or Property. Theoretical and practical application of project management (e.g. APM). Demonstrable knowledge of project management techniques and tools. Excellent interpersonal / communication skills. Ability to form strong working groups Ability to build working relationships across in a team environment. Leads by example, can influence and motivate. Flexibility, good time management, utilisation of resources Critical thinking, crisis management and problem solving mindsets. Degree qualified - BSc or BA MCIOB or MAPM or MRICS (Project Management) or Equivalent Technically literate; MS Office; PM Toolsets
