2 x 15 bedded dementia wards (1 male & 1 female)
2 x 8 bedded psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) (1 male & 1 female)

Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with patients and their families
Monitor and attend to patients at all times
Work closely alongside nurses and senior members of the team
Help to feed and wash patients
Record patients activities and behaviours throughout the day
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requirements: 6 months experience in a care related environment. Ability to complete a DBS check NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care Must be able to provide proof of immunisations: Hep B, Varicella, MMR and TB Manual handling, first aid and PMVA training are mandatory before beginning the role but training can be provided.
