Job Description
  • Support staff in satisfying queries and recording and resolving problems to ensure a high standard of customer care in accordance with our customer commitment
  • Retain business and promote growth within existing accounts
  • Inputting of payroll
  • People management, setting targets ,managing performance , training, absence etc
  • Monthly reports
  • Revenue cycle reports
  • Managing customer satisfaction surveys, submission of information, relaying of results
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
