Job Description
  1. Work with other digital team leaders to define a compelling, differentiated customer experience based on data insights
  2. Identify, setup, manage and analyse automated reporting in order to provide insights into the Digital business' direction - and importantly point out strengths and opportunities based on this date to influence and drive change
  3. Define and manage the multi-channel customer segmentation and our multi-channel go-to-market strategy - this includes converting traditional channel customers to utilizing multi-channel offerings and services
  4. Identify, create and analyze competitors' pricing, products and marketing efforts to drive decision making and competitive strategy/responses. Plus if candidate has experience scraping competitor sites (or managing 3rd party scraping companies)
  5. Build out A/B digital testing capabilities across all aspects of our digital business
  6. Define and build out post-mortem evaluation of functional enhancements in order to inform future roadmapping decisions including new functionalities, enhancements of existing functionalities as well as sunsetting functionalities determined to be less useful

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally a STEM degree Experience in Digital eCommerce, both B2C and B2B Ability to setup, manage and analyse tag managers / web trackers like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Comfort and ease with analyzing large data sets using analytics tools such as R, SAS, Big Query, etc. as well as using programming languages like Python to automate reporting or analytics Ability to convey, distill data and tell easy to follow stories from complex data via tools such as Data Studio or equivalent all while being able to automate reports based on the team's / management's needs. Powerpoint skills a plus Experience working within teams operating either via Agile or Kanban methodologies. Initial MVP launch will likely incorporate Waterfall methodology
