**AT THE MOMENT OUR ENVIRONMENT IS A VERY BUSY ONE, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET STUCK STRAIGHT IN, AND NOT BE SHY OF HARD WORK, WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING THROUGH OUR HARDEST PERIOD**

This an all-encompassing role that shall entail working with our current sage system and further implementing systems and frameworks to enable us to see the full picture as well as working with our MD to help manage the accounts as well as assisting in other areas of the business including various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the finance & admin functionalities
• Handling the VAT, PAYE, pension, and other responsibilities
• Preparation of reconciliations & journals to a high standard
• Prepare accurate and in-depth monthly P & L reports
• Prepare monthly financial trading review packs
• Manage ad hoc requests for analysis.

Core requirements:

• Have a unparalleled knowledge of sage line 50
• Be an expert at cost analysis
• Be an expert in P & L and producing monthly P & L reports
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Hard working & trustworthy
• To deal with Finance and non-Finance related matters such as organising logistics etc
• To be able to work to deadlines
• High level of skills in utilising Excel/Word/Powerpoint
