The successful Communications Analyst will be responsible for;
Internal Engagement > this will include content development, preparation, social channel management and analysis and reporting on the success of internal and external communications campaigns.
Dashboard monitoring to enhance the listening capacity of the business; reporting on market and media trends and activities.
Building a framework to leverage digital channels and communications; always connecting people to the content.
Building relationships with key internal stakeholders across regional markets.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Communications Analyst will have exposure to both internal and external communications - ideally - from a large global organisation (perhaps FMCG, Telecommunications, Finance). You will equally be comfortable with data analytics and measuring the success of communications; alongside providing exceptional writing skills, relationship building skills and strengths in the digital space. Whilst this role will suit a Communications Executive or Communications Assistant, the analytic elements of this assignment should be clearly demonstrated on your CV.
